Needs work on the sound

But other than that, it's a quality short animation. The sound is far too quiet, so turn it up a lot. (thanks for the subtitles though, they really helped) I could see this becoming a nice series of short (well, longer than they are at present) animations.

Good luck

JonBro responds:

Well, for some reason the computer always makes the sound quieter when we record something... If I make it louder, the sound quality would be absolutely terrible!

Thanks, anyway!

Like it.

The preloader was the most simple, yet the most effective thing I've seen all year.

Oh yeah, the shorts were good little movies too.

TX2 responds:

There's an idea. A flash submition that is solely just a preloader...

I know how you feel.

But creativity can be like this, you'll get there in the end.

Seriously though, that's a decent little flash. You have the skills, now move on to something a little more ambitious. Who knows, you might be the next Adam Phillips (Bitey of Brackenwood) or Strangeclock (Strawberry's Summer BBQ)

You should take heart from this.

2A-Squared responds:

Thanks! I have had complaints that it was too short, so I'll start working on a full-length story soon!

skitsofenic?

It's spelt schizophrenic.

Just thought you'd like to know.

Codgin responds:

thanks, never was good at spelling *looks ashamed*

Loved the LF take.

But pube muppet needed to have a commentary over the top. Surely he can't keep his mouth shut during such high quality fappage as the Frogs?

Frankiedaman responds:

Heh, i didn't think of that XD

A few niggles, but good.

Have you eveer watched the Honda adverts, with the chain reaction sequence? That was what sprung to mind first of all, but it was a classy piece of work.

Does the 8-ball spin truly, because after the windmils, it seems to be spinning at 90 degrees to the roll, if you understand what I mean. I think it's an error, so you can correct it for next time.

Good work.

GAMECUBICLE responds:

yes, that spin was indeed an eror, must have gone wrong while keyframing it, but i found out after rendering, and i didnt feel like fixing it, cause then i woukld have to render it all over again.

And uh. I saw the Hondy adverts after i made this movie (someone saw this movie and linked me to it)
So i wasnt really inspired by that, i was a cool commercial though :)

Flash of the month!

According to me, anyway.

I loved this from start to finish. How long must you have played this game to come up with something so destructively brilliant? I did notice one problem, with the saw blades and the unfortunate lemming who gets caught with them: The blades were spinning the wrong way to drag the corpse along. If you spin them the other way, it makes a much more destructive ending to that poor thing.

The fight scenes were cool, but a little fast to really keep tabs on. Perhaps try taking a leaf out of the 'bunnykill' book and slow it down a little, so you can see how each and every one of those saps get killed by this deadly little lemming.

Great Flash, I await the next one!

BlackFlameStudios responds:

Flash of the month eh? Glad your rooting for me. BTW, Lemmings 2 will NOT be as insanely fast. Keep an eye out for it in the Alphas. I will anounce it on my comments wen its there

Excellent submission

I loved the attention to detail and the way the bad guys actually got to land some hits on the good guy. You must have worked long and hard on this, so well done. I will point out two failures on your part though:

1) The size of the window just looks too small. However, this is easy enough to fix.

2) No plot. Should you wish to make it good with stick-fighters, I suggest that you develop a plot for the next one. (I can help with that if you need, just email)

St3lf responds:

thank you for the advice...

i wanted a slightly more realistic touch to show the main guy isnt invincable. its no fun to watch if he just owns them all. thanks for noticing =). yes, i regret the siz that i did, but as its all in a symbol, i could just resise it :).

and plot, hmmm, mainly all im good at is fighting, im not overly good at anything else, i would like to make a plotted movie, im just not very good, but mabey i shall try...possibly. thanks for the review =)

I'm only giving it a 5 because...

... the animation was a little primative and the sound has static in places. The concept is good and you have at least a talent for drawing. A few more attempts and you will be on the button with the drawing.

I didn't like the scenes where there was just white and some legs waving about. Backgrounds speak volumes.

OrangeBot responds:

hehe

sorry

I'm kinda lazy...

Good flash, but...

You'd never see a ninka using a gun. Especially not one which wasn't either a) silenced or b) a sniper rifle. Not that I'm being picky or anything. I liked it though. Maybe you should make some more of these.

NigaD responds:

He isnt just a ninja. but an assasin he used toworkfor them. it doesnt matter to silence it. His anger is far greater than his mental statement to be in a stealth position. It didnt matter to him, he wanted to end it all.

You know, I stopped shaving to think of something to write here. That worked out well.
