Great Challenging Fun!

A wonderful little game of quick fire space-style shoot em up. I like the way that you incorporate the asteroids style of play into this game, though with the controls all on the mouse, it can be a difficult interface to play against.

The graphics are amazing and the gridlines actually help to get the shots lined up when you've got time to analyse the debris that's floating around after you.

The main issue I had was the controls, as when I try to manoeuvre around the incoming obstacles - especially those that pursue me - it's difficult to control the ship around them, as moving too quickly takes the ship on a direct path through the incoming opponents.

Still, a great game.

Thanks!
My opinion is still that these controls are best for this game :P

Great Game

Some very addictive tank-on-tank action here. Just what we needed in time for China day to be celebrated. It might be that we could use a few student protesters running about, to be squashed under the tracks of these mighty behemoths, but that's something you can work on for the sequel.

I think that you've given us a very addictive game that is going to take quite a lot of practice to master and I think that if it was prepared for NG Medals, it would be even better.

Simple and effective

A highly engrossing game that I've never encountered anything similar to during my time surfing the internet. I think that the mechanics are well worked out, although I would question how the level system works - perhaps you could install something like you need to get so many blocks out into the Tetris field before a certain time of the day, since you're working in a factory. Perhaps put the score summary after each level has been cleared onto a clocking card, for example.

I think that it's a ncie little game with good potential to expand into bigger and better things, so I'll be looking forward to seeing how you take this forwards.

Thanks for your comment! For now level system works as follows: the next level is initiated after every 15 blocks so that the new blocks are getting more and more defective and they are coming faster and faster.

True Family Entertainment

Good programming, a decent enough selection of quiz questions and entertainment for all the family, when assisted by Google.

I had a few issues with the game, as it stopped working when I tried to give the answer for the astronomer that discovered Pluto. Teething troubles are only natural as well, with it taking a little too long between some of the later questions for the continue button to appear, for example.

I think that you need some sort of script to randomise questions in the quizzes - you could have a batch of 10 questions for each difficulty and it would keep people playing long enough, before the questions started to duplicate, as text shouldn't take too much memory, for example.

Yeah, that would be cool... if I knew how!

Thanks for the review!

Could use Levels

Not a bad little game, but with limited draw to continue playing the game, to be honest really brings it down.

I like the graphics that you've used - perhaps come up with something that will get us into the game, perhaps a little video of the football match, then the referee blowing the whistle to stop play as the streaker runs onto the pitch.

With the levels idea, why not try to make yourself one of the most notorious streakers in the world, by starting with pub-league football and gradually working your way up to say the World Cup final, for example? The more people you offend, the higher your score, how does that sound?

It's a thought and I believe it could really take your game further.

Could do with a point

Not a bad little physics engine, but I'd prefer it if you made this into some sort of game where you had to guide certain coloured balls into certain coloured goals for each level, slowly increasing the difficulty, by adding more balls, or giving different balls different characteristics.

I think you're onto something good here, so try and take it further and give us something that's really a nice stepping stone towards something else.

Thanks for the review, and i will try and make a game out of this later. =)

Very Basic

Well, you've given us a piece that hardly has any creativity in it at all - you've got a program to create your own stick man, which isn't a smiley, but let's move away from that. Where you need to take it is toward a direction of just the smiley for something like an MSN messenger smiley, so give people the opportunity to have things like eyebrows (Think of NG's very own AngryFaic here) on the face itself.

The buttons were made well and the drawing technique was pretty good - why did you make the icon look so awful? Why not put an image of one smiley in the frame and upload that? Another good feature you might want to implement is a 'print preview', where you can show the stick in all his glory, with none of the tools around him. People can take screenshots from there and you're onto a winner.

It's not the best program at the moment, but with a little more work, it can certainly improve a lot.

Awesome!

An epic tale of one man's fight to keep the portal running smoothly. I can only begin to wonder how you keep getting new inspirations for such creative games as this one.

Loved the interface and the extra bits and pieces that you've thrown in to keep people addicted to and push further through this game. I can see that I'll be coming back to this for more fixes of NG Cartoon violence. It seems to make it even more theraputic that some of the guys I'm beating senseless are actually some of the guys that I've actually met, which is something else :D

So it possibly could have done with some sort of indication noise for unlocking an achievement and perhaps some of the main characters could have said something when they died, rather than just groaning. Mindchamber / Bot interface was amazing to see, I think that you really spent far too much time getting the hat for AlmightyHans just right though.

Nice game

One of the most in depth management simulations I've seen for Formula One ever. It's got an amazing wealth of features to use in order to get your team up to the top of the sport.

I love the tongue-in-cheek portrayal of certain famous drivers from Formula One - even Juan Fangio did not escape the writer's poetic licence! Just wonderful.

If you did anything to improve this game, you could make it so that you have two cars on your team and have the added headache of keeping the two drivers happy with each other, a greater pit strategy, lest one of them run out while the other one is getting his stop completed.

I love the graphics for this - they are very well presented and even the way that the cars look when they're out of the race looks perfect. Awesome stuff.

And so we move on

Another great episode with a lot of good workings, plotline and even more development of the story. I particularly like the way that it's more hands on with Joseph's demon purging, which makes for a more interactive experience.

I think that once more, the whole drawing of the images needs a helping hand, but as I've seen before, as you get more used to it, your style will come through, giving a more crisp, well finished piece.

When everything comes together, we have a nicely balanced storyline, which is moving on at a frenetic pace. I only hope that the next episodes make this worth the wait :)

Thanks for the review bare with us on responding but we will get to them :)

You know, I stopped shaving to think of something to write here. That worked out well.
