I liked this FBF piece. You've shown us that you need to work on your drawing skills, but also that you've got a strange and varied imagination.

If you use a slightly smaller cursor and zoom in on the image you're drawing, you'll get more control over the tool and therefore a better quality picture. It takes more time, but it's worth it.

Now what you need to do with that animation is annotate that 'thing' better, as I don't know what sort of thing it is. If you can work that out, maybe draw it better and the pieces of the jigsaw will fall into place nicely.

Was this pro or anti Communist?

I'm not entirely confident with my German, so I really couldn't tell if it was pro or anti-communist propoganda.

The whole piece seemed quite eery, especially when we see the WWII German insignia on the tank that was attacking. The German army abandoned this as a matter of course soon after the second world war, in an effort to step away from the politics of Hitler and his policies.

The animation is great, but it does little to enhance the emphasis of the wording, since I don't really know which word means what. Given time, I could pick it up, but that does detract from my love of this flash.

The subtitles make it clear. The song calls people to destroy "fascist bandit armies". It is an anti-fascist propaganda movie. Obviously in support of socialism. That's why you see that many red stars, red banners and other symbols of socialism.

Good humour - needs work on animation

Well, it's quite a funny flash, but you need to work on the animation aspect. Why not try moving the Storm Trooper helmets, like wobbling them from side to side. Showing the frame with no animation at all is a bit of a sell out.

Tracing proper Star Wars images of Storm Troopers would look better than your slightly out of focus drawings as they are. I'm not sure how to deal with that in all honesty, but maybe something in the Flash Forum could help you.

We thank you for your honest feedback, cause that is exactly what we need. We didn't use flash at all, that is part of the reason that the Storm Troopers don't look that great. We took an image of the helmets from online and drew over them to get it right. We wanted the animation to be crappy intentionaly. The focus is supposed to be on the conversations, the animation was just a guideline so people could keep track of what was going on.

Funny, but...

Man, the animation quality really lets this flash down - You need to concentrate on drawing your own stormtroopers, as the images you've used look so badly out of focus. When the South Park style character comes in, it looks weird, so sorting this out would be a real boon to your flash.

Tracing looks better and there are plenty of images on the internet to look at with Storm Troopers. Sort them out and then concentrate on improving the basic manipulation you've used for your Jedi character (Obi Wan?) Once you've done these two things, you'll be onto an even better flash, which would compliment the humour, which is excellent.

I totally agree with your point of view about the flash noobs who tell you how to vote on their flash. To me, that just says "Seriously, I just can't be fucked, so it's a free Blam point" :P

I love the way you've added the cartoon parts to the video here, it mixes really well. You've reminded me of just how long it's been since I watched some Beebo cartoons. I need to revisit my NG Childhood

No sign of the audio credits? That's not like you, Craig. Some sort of Japanese band, that I've never heard of, nor ever will of again, once you tell me, I'm sure.

Hitler seems to be pursuing a giant Clam, but he appears to have disgusised himself as a cocoa bean. I'm not being critical, but you're starting to lose control, just a little :P

It was about Hitler catching a Kabuto.

The artist's name was too long for the credits. The artists were Kago Ai, Takahashi Ai, Ohtani Masae.

Kabuto is essentially just a shell, there's not a whole lot you can do with that.

Well, this is certainly a picture of a local forest of mine. Where the fuck have you been hiding? I think that you're starting to stalk me... either that or I'm getting paranoid!

Hitler looked a bit too brown in this episode, not quite amatch for the Diglett he was chasing. That pink nose looks a little like a clitoris as well :P

Back to the Porn Star references, I'll try to steer away as soon as possible, but do you have an episode number for Pikachu, as one of my friends would like to see that episode, bless her.
