Lacks depth

You have put together a half decent walk around Newgrounds, but the problem is that it doesn't have the depth of information that these kind of things need. You've apparently got no grasp of punctuation, which would certainly be required in showing people around the place here.

I think that it needs more research, such as reading into the History of NG, or the FAQs - expaining that the BBS means "Bulletin Bored System" is farcical - it's a Bulletin Board System, for example and you could ahve mentioned a lot more depth, such as what forums are contained within - the General; Where is / How to?; Flash; Audio; Art; Clubs & Crews could have given us so much more information

Good

I would suggest other things for this creator program, which would certainly help to expand it - other backgrounds would be useful, just to give a certain amount of individuality to this project - you can't reall have anything too different, except the comments that the users can make for the sigs.

It is a rather simple program, which no doubt could be equipped onto a browser program, enabling further additions, such as cropping / resizing of images for the sig pic and full scale production of signatures for forums across the web.

Not a bad game

A nice little pop quiz on the classics of modern horror movies. I think that you've gone a little over the top on things like the effort to do blood and gore, as the shock value of a severed limb isn't as good as the dramatic musical cue in the right place.

Some useful little facts about the movies there as well, which make it more than just a quiz, it's a wonderful little educational game as well :)

I think it would have worked better if you'd have submitted it closer to halowe'en as well.

Nice tutorial

Another solid round of how to find and deal with abusive reviews and flash. I like the stuff that you've brought to the table on this one.

The quiz is really good, as it really helps drill the information into the users who see this - they can read all they want, but sometimes it doesn't stick unless you can make them apply it to the practicality of Newgrounds. Good work.

I'd suggest a selection of music for the next piece, as it's almost perfect here ;)

I'll definitely think about music selection for any future projects, thanks for the review!

Quirky

This is a quirky little game that has had many similar incarnations. It's nothing new, so I'd generally suggest that we move on. However, I would suggest that you don't need to have a gimick like a huge-testicled bird to 'sell' the game.

The controls needs one major tweak and that would be converting to keyboard interface - mouse is just too difficult, plus you could hold down the key for increased flight time, rather than having to feverishly click the button for altitude.

Nice Game

Simple concept, with the properties of being quite addictive. I think that this can go far.

I'm not sure about the controls interface - I'm used to playing Tetris, where the controls cause the down arrow to rush the item to the bottom of the drop. I'd suggest that you gave us something like Z & X to rotate the piece, with down rushing it, but maybe that's just me.

The only other change I'd make is adding a little background music - there are plenty of ambient loops that you can find in the Audio Portal, which would suit the track really well.

Amazingly simple, amazingly well made.

Not bad

Quite informative about the review system on Newgrounds. I like the way that you've set it out, but I think it would have been better suited if you would have given a choice of three different styles of music for the background tune and also a better looking interface.

For the interface, I would ahve had something more fancy, rather than just a basic slideshow of text, which can even be improved on with the use of MS Powerpoint. Throw a few pictures in there, I'd suggest a screeny of the Middle Finger review, as that would be hugely informative.

Wow, thanks for an excellent review!

Doesn't cover everything

I do like the nostalgic look back at things like the pre-redesign levels - it was good to see that my current level (38) Corresponds to old Level 22. The icons sure have come a long way in that time, so thanks to Stamper for drawing them.

I wish that you'd put numbers by them to show each level, rather than making me count them out though - most annoying :P

You could ahve stolen some information from the staff section of the site, to give more background into the admins of the site - possibly also digging out some images from the Mod Meat to give some realism, showing people that they are actually human beings and not cartoon characters.

Nice little game

Quite a simple little puzzle platformer, where you have to think about the spacial awareness of three characters all at the same time, which is great. Have you considered changing the looks of the characters and giving each one some sort of special abilities - perhaps they all have a special skill with a certain tool, for example and you can only open certain things using spanners, hammers or saws. This makes it more challenging and adds a degree of realism to the game which you haven't covered yet.

That and the fact that no two workmen ever dress the same :P

Good work

A good selection of sounds that you've picked for this piece. I think that making the buttons smaller and giving us a grouping of situations that they might be used in could be more productive here, so you can mess around with what he says.

I think that you could have an option to show details of which episodes you garnered the larger quotes from as well, such as the Letter about the states to government. The only other change I'd make is a larger selection of images of Abe that periodically change

You know, I stopped shaving to think of something to write here. That worked out well.
