Where are Tom & Jerry?

Granbull reminds me of Spike, the bulldog in the classic slapstick comedies of the 70s and 80s.

I'm not entirely sure of the style that Hitler has for the disguise - the teeth look like they have been taken straight out of a surplus supply of Warhammer Orks halowe'en costumes. They probably retail at about 80 pounds each, so even if they are painted pink, you might be able to get some decent cash back for them :P

Where were we this time? It looks similar to Chatsworth House in Derbyshire, which is getting worryingly close to my own home...

Hampton Court Palace.

Continuity errors FTW!

Well, this particular episode is full of surprises. Now we've learned of the parentage of four of the five retarded animal babies. I'd really like to know about Hamser's parents, as he's the most interesting and definately the most mysterious character of the lot.

A lovely little role played by Satan, but from this part, I can't conceivably see any of them ever truly ceasing to exist, unless the series ever comes to an end, perish the thought.

Why don't you show us what it would be like if we got to 'Retarded Animal Teenagers' - that would be even more grotesque, surely.

Response #500 :P

Well, it's a new Pokemon and a new artists impression of Hitler for it. Might need to zoom in a little with your drawing tool, just to tidy up the details around his left hand.

No animation this time, but I think there might be some sort of scope for the evolution of this one (This is the part where you tell me it doesn't evolve at all :P)

Is this the part where Hitler takes a spring break from his quest and joins the circus?

For all you know someone could have responded to another of your reviews before I responded to this one. ;)

Snubbull evolves into a bigger, meaner-looking dog.

Nice work

This really isn't bad for a first effort at cartooning. I have to ask why you would sit around and do absloutely nothing until the girl of your dreams returns :P

I'm sure that you've learned the important lesson now - get an in-car charger for your phone, or learn to charge it up before going to wait at an airport. The Audio commentary was brilliant as an addition for this piece.

With more practice, your drawing style will improve - I'd suggest that you zoom in to get better control of your drawing tools - when you zoom back out, it doesn't look so rough around the edges. Still, like I said at the start, it's not bad at all for a first try.

I'm sure that your next project will have smoother animation and that as you carry this on, you'll learn so much more and find this a very fulfilling hobby.

So what would you need to smelt an Onyx with to produce a Steelix? I can work out that you need to smelt Iron with Coke (By-product of coal) to produce steel, by removing impurities. I'm just not sure about the Geological and chemical wherefores and whytos.

I think that you were slightly off with Hitler's colourscheme again. This thumbnail pic was clearly using shading and I couldn't see anything causing a giant shadow over Adolf. Unless it was something out of shot :P

Interesting disguise, but the tail doesn't even look like it is connected to Hitler. At least attach it to his tailbone, which was probably called that for that specific reason.

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

Onix evolves into Steelix when it is holding a metal coat and is traded. :)

Again I wasn't off with the colour scheme. Search for Steelix on Google images and you'll see I was right. The problem, as usual, is the fact that the colours are slightly different in some pieces of artwork.

The tail doesn't come from Hitler's arse because his out of shot legs are part of the tail.

Ooh, a cameo from myself and Jake in this episode. What a nice surprise.

The whole thing about the News Reporter getting peeved about the earthquake news not really being news is pretty relevant. Your point about Madeline McCann was certainly relevant, considering how much new coverage was donated to Shannon Matthews yesterday, as she was found.

How is he getting on with the gardening leave that he has been subjected to? Any idea how long that will last?

Give me the money or you're dead Baldrick!

So this one looks very Halowe'en, complete with the Vincent Price teeth, although the moustache could use some work :P

A decent tune, but I was thinking something slightly more macabre, perhaps Fear of the Dark, by Iron Maiden, for example

Some decent work on the disguise today, with a half-baked attempt at the scene in Blackadder, as he is about to do something nasty to the recently promoted Lord Baldrick.

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

Fear of the Dark doesn't have anything to do with Gligar. Besides, I believe I have used it already. ;)

Red Bull gives you... things

So this... slug is some sort of pokemon that inhabits Wales? I thought that they were all sheep there, or at least wool-covered creatures. This thing was some sort of parasite, maybe something that feeds off shep, or their derivatives.

Hitler's disguise today made him look like a jaundiced version of Braveheart... wasn't he the one trying to take people's freedoms, both historically and indeed by imprisoning pokemons in this series?

A shame there is no animation, but I can't win them all... in fact I can never win, it seems.

Dunsparce is a tsuchinoko. ;)

Popcorn Clam!

Well, Forest by System of a Down is always a good song topic when it comes to a wooded area, although it possibly would have been better suited to Pineco, rather than this cross between a giant clam and a piece of popcorn. (Is the popcorn pine scented?)

Hitler's disguise was perpendicular to how I would have envisaged it - stick the hand out of the side of the 'mouth' and you're halfway there, as it almost has the same colourscheme as the Swastika flag of the Nazi party.

Glad to see the animation back, but we need more animations!

[Review Request Club]

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

I disagree about the song. One of the words which Forretress is a combination of is forest; something which is not case for Pineco.

Big Bag!

Well, you've really outdone yourself with the camoflage this time! I'm still dissapointed by the lack of the animation, but I think that there are areas that have been improved upon... well, one of them at least.

I would ask two things about this disguise - 1) Where is the moustache? 2) Does this disguise provide a pine scent that he cannot shift for love nor money over the next few weeks?

What will this pokemon evolve into? A dining table and chairs?

[Review Request Club]

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

The moustache is underneath Adolf's disguise.

Adolf is very hygenic, the odour will be gone by the 'morrow.

It evolves into a steel ball type creature.

You know, I stopped shaving to think of something to write here. That worked out well.
