Sounds nice
A very sunny composition, based in the world of the Legend of Zelda, which is fine. The uplifting sounds from the woodwind and the strings is a great way to build up the piece, before turning it darker at about 1m 30, when everything takes a more sinister turn. Both sides of the coin are represented well and despite that sinister side, I feel it is more overwhelmingly happy, as the darkness is banished towards the end of the piece, with the power of the piano.
Given that side of things, I may have preferred having two tunes - one to represent the lighter, happier times and another to showcase the dark times, with Link hunting evil and helping himself to free Zelda. The two sides of the coin would be well served by this, as the darker side (the game itself, one could say) would be covered by such a tune, as opposed to this overture, as you currently have.
How to improve it would be a difficult conundrum to answer, though I would suggest that perhaps you try making more use of the piano, as it is such a powerful instrument, capable of taking you to places, all by itself.
