[Mastermind]

F*** you!

What a genius statement of how the supervillain in various (Bond?) Movies always has a number two who has an improbably large chest, an IQ vastly higher than the actress who plas her and possibly the willingness to sleep with the suave hero of the piece :P

I was half expecting the Mastermind's number two to be Blockhead, but this was a better punchline. (Better than Blockhead, what am I saying?!) Anyway, talking of Blockhead, the Mastermind did sound a little like the conscience... what does he do when Blockhead sleeps, by the way?

I like the way that the disgruntled mook who walks out is a little smaller than the rest of the generic troops, who all had little or no difference from each other.

My dad always said that more than a handful is waste, but what does he know? I like the tits.

Glad to have the advertising

But I was disappointed not to see anyone pointing out milinko as the best reviewer in the club (Let's face it, he's probably one of the best reviewers on Newgrounds) I mean, we shouldn't expectt eh guy to blow his own trumpet, should we?

Anyway, the animation styles were varied (Abs, I really hated the whole text part, but the rest was well drawn / animated) both in skill and finish, but overall, it worked well.

I like the thing "What's This?" which tells everyone about the RRC, but what I think it requires is that the start of the movie is comprised of that, rather than leaping straight into the movies by you all.

[Zombie Wasteland part ONE]

A work in progress

This is a decent enough animation, but there are a few little pieces which require work:

1) You could do with putting aside part of the animation window for subtitles (ideally, the lower portion of the screen. I'd suggest that you make this black and type the subtitles in white.)

2) Drawing style needs work - some of the features need to be drawn with a thicker line than the pencil tip. Perhaps investing in a tablet would help (I'm assuming that the drawing was done with a mouse) and zooming into the images for greater control over the cursor.

3) Use your own face as an example - when he smiles, you see a line, which moves to a semi-circle. Not good. Look in the mirror and see how your face changes shape when you smile. If you need to, draw a little goatee on your face, to see exactly how it works. Animation of the face is difficult, but adds so much depth if you're going to give images like that.

4) A bigger screen wouldn't hurt, either.

thank you for your detailed review, and answering my request. Yes, i did draw using a mouse. Hopefully I can buy a tablet with my christmas money. I see what you mean about the subtitles, they did cut of a bit of the screen.
