There's already a crew that's dedicated to it - the Elite Guard Barracks is the place to be for expressing opinions on spam and getting rid of it. There's always the NG Police Headquarters and the NG Department of Defense as well
this should be written in the newgrounds archives or bible or something important. All fad days like CC and sometimes madness day to most people is about sucking the ass out of people by accepting shit flash to be misplaced all over newgrounds causing mayhem and mass IQ loss. Why do people do it? drugs? who knows. D:
Madness day was a much more successful day than Clock Day - Newgrounds made the holiday themselves, so it's official and there are actually flash blammed on that day.
Clock Day was just a farce, sadly, but hopefully, we will see something from the powers that be, to save Newgrounds' soul
You're right on the money there, dude. There are mass-voters and alt accounts who vote 5 on spam to get it past judgement. The following people who do that are: the KK, the makers of TTA, the SS, and the SG.
But if we are able to unite all of the Anti-Spam NGers, we just might kill the spam. We have the power to save the Portal.
The Star Syndicate was where it all began, but we need to find a way around the loopholes of the system, which they abuse.
We work for the good of Newgrounds - why should we be the bad guys?!

Now now. Seems they raised the threshold... the more co-authors a flash has the higher the score has to be to get it past judgement.
Well, maybe those spam-crews will just put out "single author"-flashes, but somehow I think this wouldn't be half as satisfying for them.
We'll see...
But it's good to know that finally something is done about that annoying spam!
MRGRUFF has found a way, but it's slightly better than before - lots of people thought they could imitate the Star Syndicate and now they're learning that they can't.
i have something to say, u deleted my review and banned me for putting blam in the subject box of the review, ur reason was something like, if i put blam in the subject then i want the flash to be blammed, errr yes because as u put it most the stuff that comes in here is garbage, i am like everyone else that hates spammers, they are systematically ruined this site, whats the point of reviewing truthfully it its going to get most of us banned and our reviews fobbed off, i can think of loads of people whose flashes should be deleted as well as there accounts but i wont say who they r here, maybe in a pm.
i agree spam is the excrement of this site but we cant do anything most the time because wen we review low score we get our reviews deleted and thus getting us banned, allowing more crap to come through the portal and decent people like us cant do anything apart from voting 0 on the 0 - 5 scale.
anyway tell us how to actually get a flash blammed because i have heard rumors but not sure which is true and the faq is impossible to work out.
also i started noticing people are startig to use file swap, obv everyone has heard the term and knows what it means, is there anyway to sort this out, as u are a moderator, people look up to u lot to keep this portal/vault in line.
what is portal guard? is it available to every user on here or just moderators or people who create and post flash movies/games on here, would like to know more info if possible.
i am not afraid to vote 0 on crap spam flashes but it seems pointless most the time because of the mass positive voting, many spammers team up to mass positive vote other spams in judgement stage so sometimes its quite futile really. also these companys/cyber gangs such as the (KK) or the (DD) post flashes so offensive and disturbing that other members of the same crew band together to posi vote to let it get through.
even go all out to put a amazing flash game/movie in the judgement knowing it will pass then they file swap it and rename it to show off there true intentions, what are your thoughts about this?
You can write a review with 0 stars and not get it deleted or yourself banned. What you have to look at is will that review help the author, if they choose to read it in a calm, collected manner?
NG Logs is where you can get Portal Guard from - I don't use it now, it's outdated.
How to get a flash blammed? Simple, be one of the people that doesn't say "It'll get through anyway" and vote 2. You vote 0 or 1 if you think that it deserves to be blammed. Enough people will follow suit and the flash will be deleted.
